AUDITIONS
2023/24 School Year RHS Band & Jazz Auditions
Students wishing to participate in RHS wind instrument performing groups this upcoming school year must audition prior to being placed in an appropriate class. There is no audition necessary for Orchestra, Concert Band, Marching Band, or Color Guard.
Note to potential Jazz Students:
Concurrent enrollment in an instrumental concert group is a requirement of those wishing to participate in Jazz Band. Therefore, if you are planning to audition for Jazz Band and play a wind instrument, you must also submit your Band Placement Audition materials. Be sure to submit your Jazz Audition materials along with
your Band Placement materials.
